The 27-year-old has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
"I will not comment on what is said in the press," Christophe Hutteau told Goal.com.
"However I can tell you that Mathieu is a Marseille player and will remain here until the end of the season."
The Frenchman joined Marseille from amateur side Libourne Saint-Suerin in 2006.
