Dejan Kulusevski has acknowledged that he needs to speak to Tottenham Hotspur to determine whether he will remain at the club.
In January 2022, Spurs agreed to sign Kulusevski on an 18-month loan deal from Juventus with the option to sign him on a permanent basis at the end of 2022-23.
For a large part of that period, it has been perceived to be a foregone conclusion that the Sweden international will eventually link up with Spurs in the long term.
The 23-year-old has contributed seven goals and 16 assists from 57 appearances in all competitions, providing nine involvements in this season's Premier League.
However, Kulusevski's form dropped off as the campaign progressed, while Spurs have failed to qualify for Europe due to an eighth-placed finish in the top flight.

With Spurs possessing no permanent head coach or sporting director and the future of Harry Kane up in the air, there remains significant uncertainty at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Should Spurs wish to sign the playmaker, they will have to shell out £24.9m, a fee that may be deemed too high given the drop in revenue that will occur next season.
Nevertheless, Kulusevski says that he will look to hold discussions with Spurs chairman Daniel Levy at the earliest opportunity.
As quoted by the Daily Mail, Kulusevski said: "I don't know honestly, we will see.

"I'm just focused on the pitch, I tried to do as good as I can and now of course it's time to speak with the club."
Should Spurs opt against taking up their option, Kulusevski will return to Juventus where he has a year remaining on his contract.
Juventus are also in a position where they have missed out on Champions League football for next season and would realistically prefer to cash in on Kulusevski.
That said, a scenario could arise where Kulusevski may be viewed as the ideal alternative for Angel di Maria, who is expected to leave Juventus on a free transfer.
