Vincent Janssen 'to seal Tottenham Hotspur switch this week'

Tottenham Hotspur will reportedly complete the signing of Vincent Janssen from Dutch club AZ Alkmaar this week.

Tottenham Hotspur will complete the signing of Vincent Janssen from AZ Alkmaar this week, according to a report.

Spurs will snap up the Dutchman in a deal worth £16m after he rejected advances from Paris Saint-Germain and West Ham United, reports The Mirror.

Mauricio Pochettino's side were originally in talks to bring Janssen to White Hart Lane in a £12m deal, but interest from PSG and West Ham is said to have inflated his price tag.

Spurs have also been linked with Roma striker Antonio Sanabria and River Plate forward Lucas Alario, with Pochettino said to be aiming to ease the goalscoring burden on Harry Kane.
