Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino has insisted that Eric Dier will not be leaving the club, despite rumours suggesting otherwise.
The 22-year-old is believed to have attracted interest from Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich and Premier League leaders Chelsea.
Dier was a regular in Pochettino's side last season, but he has failed to hold down a regular spot in the lineup since Victor Wanyama's arrival in the summer.
It is believed that the midfielder, who can also play in defence, is frustrated at the lack of game time and has concerns that he will lose his England place as a result.
However, Pochettino has played down rumours of a possible departure by insisting that Dier's future is in North London.
"I know there are a lot of rumours, but he's 100% our player," talkSPORT quotes the manager as saying. "He's very important for us. He signed a contract after the Euros and showed his commitment to the club. There's no doubt his future is at White Hart Lane."
Dier, who joined Spurs from Sporting Lisbon in 2014, has made 20 appearances in all competitions so far this season.
