Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly moved a step closer to signing Paris Saint-Germain attacker Lucas Moura.
Since the start of the January transfer window, Moura has been linked with a transfer away from the Parc des Princes having not made a league start for the club all season.
The 25-year-old has been given permission to find a new team, although the Ligue 1 leaders have been demanding a permanent transfer rather than a loan deal due to having to meet FFP requirements.
However, according to BBC Sport, Spurs have agreed to pay £25m for the Brazilian international, and a transfer is expected to go through before Wednesday's deadline.
At the weekend, manager Mauricio Pochettino said that the club were only looking to complete "quality signings" before the end of the month.
Moura has scored a total of 46 goals in 229 appearances for PSG in all competitions.
