Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly considering a move for Leeds United striker Patrick Bamford amid increasing uncertainty surrounding Harry Kane's future.
Kane - who is still thought to be keen to move on this summer - remains the subject of firm interest from Manchester City, who are supposedly planning to relaunch transfer talks over a deal for the England skipper this week.
The 28-year-old was not included in Spurs' squad to face the champions on Sunday, but manager Nuno Espirito Santo affirmed that Kane needs more time to build up his match fitness.
Meanwhile, Bamford has now entered the final 12 months of his deal with Leeds, and The Telegraph claims that Tottenham are keeping a close eye on the situation.
The report adds that Marcelo Bielsa's side are determined to tie the 27-year-old down to fresh terms, and Leeds have been left less than impressed with Tottenham's wandering eye.
Bamford registered 17 goals and eight assists from 38 Premier League games in white last term, and he has amassed a total of 43 goals and 14 assists in 111 games for Leeds since arriving from Middlesbrough in 2018.
