Harry Kane "hungry to succeed" following England Under-21s disappointment

England Under-21s forward Harry Kane admits that exiting the 2015 European Championship at the group stage is a "disappointing end" to the Young Lions' two-year campaign.

Harry Kane has claimed that England Under-21s' "disappointing" exit from the European Championship will only make him even 'hungrier to succeed'.

The Tottenham Hotspur striker failed to find the net during the Young Lions' campaign, which came to an abrupt end at the group stage for the third finals running.

Kane has now taken to Twitter to offer encouragement for the future, while urging his teammates to gain experience from their time in the Czech Republic.

"Disappointing end to what was a great 2 years with the U21s," he said. "We have to learn and improve but defeat only makes me more hungry to succeed!"

Portugal, Germany, Denmark and Sweden will now contest in the U21 Euro 2015 final-four stage.
