Bruno Labbadia: Hoffenheim win was "incredibly important" for Stuttgart

Bruno Labbadia admits that three points were crucial against Hoffenheim.

Stuttgart coach Bruno Labbadia has admitted that the 1-0 win away to Hoffenheim was "incredibly important" as it moved his side out of the bottom three in the Bundesliga.

He said that Stuttgart dealt well with the pressure that was on them before the game and played exactly as they needed to.

"For us, the victory was of course incredibly important," Bundesliga.de quotes Labbadia as saying.

"The Hoffenheim game created a lot of pressure for us. It was important to play smartly and to look good."

Stuttgart are 12th in the league after the result.
