Sunderland manager Martin O'Neill has revealed his disappointment following Saturday's 3-1 defeat at Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League.
The Black Cats took the lead at Loftus Road through Steven Fletcher, but goals from Loic Remy, Andros Townsend and Jermaine Jenas earned the home side the win.
"We're disappointed having taken the lead in the game," O'Neill told Sky Sports News.
"We had plenty of possession of the ball and I thought maybe we would have gone on to win the game."
The defeat has seen Sunderland slip to within six points of the relegation zone.
