Harry Redknapp makes four changes to Queens Park Rangers' starting XI for their game against Sunderland, who are unchanged.

Harry Redknapp has named a much-changed Queens Park Rangers side to face Sunderland at Loftus Road this afternoon.

Robert Green takes over the goalkeeping duties in place of Julio Cesar, while Fabio, Andros Townsend and Bobby Zamora are also included in the starting lineup, having missed out in the win against Southampton last weekend.

Jermaine Jenas and Jay Bothroyd are among the substitutes.

Martin O'Neill is sticking with the same players that started against Fulham last weekend, with Danny Graham and Steven Fletcher up front.

QPR starting XI: Green, Fabio, Samba, Hill, Bosingwa, Park, Townsend, M'bia, Remy, Hoilett, Zamora

Sunderland starting XI: Mignolet, O'Shea, Bramble, N'Diaye, Larsson, Gardner, Colback, Johnson, Sessegnon, Graham, Fletcher
