Gus Poyet "fed up" with Sunderland

Sunderland boss Gus Poyet admits that he is "fed up" with his side as a mistake from Lee Cattermole handed Aston Villa a 1-0 victory at the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland boss Gus Poyet has admitted that he is "fed up" with his side after a costly mistake from Lee Cattermole handed Aston Villa a 1-0 win at the Stadium of Light.

Cattermole lost possession on the edge of his own box allowing Gabriel Agbonlahor to nip in and round Vito Mannone to fire Villa ahead, and the Black Cats were unable to get a leveller despite having shots at goal over the 90 minutes.

Poyet told Sky Sports News: "The mistake completely changed the game. Always something happens and I'm getting a little bit fed up."

Sunderland are bottom of the Premier League and are four points from safety.
