Injury update on Swansea pair

Swansea City's Danny Graham is a doubt for the side's weekend match against Blackburn, while Angel Rangel is expected to be sidelined for a number of weeks with a knee problem.

Swansea City duo Angel Rangel and Danny Graham are doubts for this weekend's Premier League match against Blackburn Rovers due to ankle injuries.

The pair were forced to withdraw from the Welsh side's 0-0 stalemate with Aston Villa on Sunday.

"Danny suffered a soft tissue injury," Swans boss Brendan Rodgers told the club's official website. "It is too early to say if he will be available for Blackburn.

"It could be a bit longer for Angel - maybe a couple of weeks. There was no damage on the X-ray but we need to look at his ankle ligament."

Rangel is expected to learn the full extent of his injury after a second scan on his ankle.
