Rangers manager Mark Warburton has rubbished reports that he could become the next Swansea City boss.
The 53-year-old has emerged as one of the rumoured candidates following the sacking of Garry Monk on Wednesday.
Warburton took over at Rangers in June after spending two years in charge of Brentford.
When asked about the rumours in today's press conference, Warburton said: "[The speculation] is a compliment to the players. Any manager only gets linked to jobs - and it's always flattering - if you are winning games of football.
"But I'm just going to repeat what I said last week (that he is not leaving). I surely can't go down this path again."
Meanwhile, Monk has released a statement admitting that he is 'sad' to have been sacked.
