Report: Garry Monk has strained relationship with Swansea City players

Garry Monk's relationship with his Swansea City players has become 'strained', according to reports.

Swansea City manager Garry Monk has a 'strained relationship' with his players, according to reports.

The Swans boss is under pressure at the club, with chairman Huw Jenkins saying that "something needs to change".

The last five league games have returned just one point, which has seen the Welsh outfit drop to 15th in the Premier League table.

Their poor run of form has led to Monk's relationship with his squad becoming 'strained', according to The Independent.

Monk has been in charge of Swansea since February 2014.
