Swindon Town 'reject several Massimo Luongo bids'

Swindon Town reportedly turn down multi-million-pound offers for midfielder Massimo Luongo.

Swindon Town have reportedly turned down bids from several clubs for Australian international Massimo Luongo.

The midfielder's future at the Robins has been in doubt since he was named player of the tournament at the Asian Cup, which the Socceroos won by beating South Korea in the final on Sunday.

However, AAP claims that Swindon have been forced to reject a bid from Championship side Cardiff City, while also turning down offers from a Turkish club and an unnamed Qatari team.

Speaking after Australia's win over South Korea, Luongo said that his focus for the remainder of the season would be solely on helping Swindon earn promotion to the Championship.

The Robins are currently third in League One.
