Team GB's Neil Taylor criticises the match officials following a potentially 'career-ending' tackle on Craig Bellamy during the side's draw with Senegal last night.

Team GB and Swansea City full-back Neil Taylor believes that Senegal's Saliou Ciss could have ended Craig Bellamy's career with a dangerous tackle during their Olympics opening fixture.

The Liverpool forward was lunged at by the Senegal player in the penalty area during Team GB's 1-1 draw with their opponents at Old Trafford last night.

"It's a definite penalty, he could have broke his leg," said Taylor. "I'm sure everyone could have seen that on TV.

"That's why I was angry, you can end someone's career in a flash like that. I've got to be honest I've never seen refereeing like it, in the Premier League we're looking at at least four players sent off."

Meanwhile, Stuart Pearce's Team GB side will face the United Arab Emirates at Wembley on Sunday.
