Chris Coleman names first Wales squad

Chris Coleman includes Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey in his first squad as Wales manager for the friendly against Mexico.

Chris Coleman has named his first squad as Wales manager for the friendly match against Mexico later this month.

Coleman was in the dugout for the testimonial fixture arranged by the FA to honour former manager Gary Speed, who died in November, but the game against Mexico will officially be his first as Wales boss.

Tottenham Hotspur's Gareth Bale, Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey and Liverpool's Craig Bellamy are among the high-profile names to be included, but Wolverhampton Wanderers goalkeeper Wayne Hennessey misses out through injury.

The match will be played at the MeLife Stadium in Rutherford, New Jersey, on Sunday May 27, 2012
