Crystal Palace midfielder Joe Ledley believes that the current crop of players in the Wales national squad is as good as it gets.
The team, which includes Real Madrid star Gareth Bale, will come together this week for a friendly against Iceland on Wednesday.
Ledley also believes that the current squad have a good chance of qualifying for the 2016 European Championships.
"I don't think we'll ever get a better team that what we've got," BBC Sport quotes Ledley as saying. "You know, the likes of Gareth Bale and Aaron Ramsey and people like that and you've got the experienced players like Ash [Williams].
"And we're obviously getting older so hopefully this is the best opportunity I think we'll have."
Chris Coleman's side will face Bosnia-Hercegovina, Belgium, Israel, Cyprus and Andorra in their Group B qualifiers.
