West Ham United boss Slaven Bilic: 'Michail Antonio remains an injury doubt'

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic says that midfielder Michail Antonio remains an injury doubt for the Premier League game with Crystal Palace.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has revealed that he will give Michail Antonio until Friday afternoon to prove his fitness for the game with Crystal Palace.

Antonio was forced to miss West Ham's 3-2 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the EFL Cup with a rib injury, but Bilic has suggested that one of his star men could be back in contention for the crucial Premier League fixture at Selhurst Park.

The 49-year-old told reporters: "Michail Antonio had a bruise on his rib and only trained yesterday. We are going to see today. Nobody said yesterday they felt anything.

"Antonio will train today and then based on that we will see what shape he is in."

The 27-year-old has netted once in eight appearances in the top flight this season.
