Sports Mole looks at the highlights, man of the match, and stats from Saturday's Premier League clash between West Ham United and Ipswich Town.

West Ham United have eased the pressure on under-fire manager Julen Lopetegui with a 4-1 victory over Ipswich Town at the London Stadium this afternoon.

Michail Antonio opened the scoring after just 46 seconds when Jarrod Bowen played a low cross into the box from the right of the penalty area, and the striker swept his shot past goalkeeper Arijanet Muric.

The visitors were back on level terms after just six minutes when Liam Delap collected the ball in the box on the left following Dara O'Shea's flick on from a corner, and though he was forced backwards, he managed to turn to face the goal and his fierce shot was enough to beat Alphonse Areola.

However, Mohammed Kudus restored West Ham's lead in the 43rd minute when he reacted quickest and headed home from close range after Antonio's header hit the underside of the crossbar and bounced up.

Jarrod Bowen gave Lopetegui's side a 3-1 lead shortly after the half-time interval following errors in the Ipswich backline from Ben Johnson and Muric when he weaved into the penalty area from the right.

Lucas Paqueta scored his side's fourth of the game in the 69th minute after good work from Bowen, who drove into the box from the right and played a pass towards Antonio, but the ball ended up at Paqueta's feet from just yards out, and the Brazilian tapped home into an empty net.

The result means that West Ham now sit 12th with eight points after seven matchweeks and are five points clear of 18th-placed Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile, Ipswich end the day in 17th place with just four points from seven games and are above the relegation zone by just one point.
