Inter Milan full-back Davide Santon will reportedly undergo a medical with West Ham United in the coming days.
The 25-year-old has been targeted by Hammers boss Slaven Bilic as a possible replacement for Aaron Cresswell, who is expected to be ruled out for around four months with a knee injury.
West Ham and Inter are thought to have agreed terms on a loan switch which would cost the Premier League outfit around £400,000, with the option to make the move permanent for £4.9m at the end of the season.
Santon will now travel to London to undergo his medical and discuss personal terms with the club, according to Sky Italia.
The former Newcastle United defender was heavily linked with a move to Sunderland earlier in the summer, only for the deal to break down at an advanced stage.
