Everton to rival West Ham United for Shinji Kagawa?

Everton and West Ham United are said to be vying for the services of Borussia Dortmund winger Shinji Kagawa.

Everton are reportedly planning to sign Borussia Dortmund winger Shinji Kagawa from under the nose of West Ham United this summer.

The Hammers were recently linked with the Japan international but, according to Fussballeck, Sam Allardyce's side are ready to offer him an alternative destination.

Kagawa, who has Premier League experience with Manchester United, is expected to be available for around €13m (£11m) at the end of the season.

The report goes on to say that the English clubs face competition from Galatasaray for his signature.

Capped 89 times for Japan, Kagawa has scored 20 goals in 95 appearances since rejoining the German outfit from United in 2014.
