Roberto Martinez: 'We know what to do'

Roberto Martinez insists that his Wigan Athletic side are well aware of what is needed to escape relegation this season.

Wigan Athletic boss Roberto Martinez has insisted that his side know what they need to do in order to avoid relegation this season.

The Latics were beaten 4-1 by Chelsea on Saturday and are now 19th in the Premier League.

"We have been in this situation time after time, three seasons now," he said. "So we know what he have to do and how we have to play in the last third of the season.

"I don't see it as a pressure position. I see it as a real exciting challenge."

Wigan's next game is against fellow relegation candidates Reading on February 23.
