Wolverhampton Wanderers chief executive Jez Moxey has spoken out in support of the club's manager Mick McCarthy.
The 52-year-old has been the subject of criticism from certain sections of the Wolves faithful, with some calling for his time in charge at Molineux to end.
However, Moxey has insisted that the board "trust" McCarthy and they are not looking to replace him.
"We remain well aware of fans' frustrations and disappointment in the wake of recent results," he said in his programme notes ahead of this evening's match against Manchester City.
"But we all put our trust in Mick and the players and, over the last five years, they have delivered emphatically.
"So it remains 'business as usual' and we continue to look forward."
Wolves are currently 16th in the Premier League table.
