Sporting director Kevin Thelwell suggests that Danny Batth and Bright Enobakhare remains in Wolverhampton Wanderers' plans for the first half of the season.

Sporting director Kevin Thelwell has suggested that neither Danny Batth nor Bright Enobakhare will be allowed to leave Wolverhampton Wanderers on loan.

Both players only played a bit-part role in the Championship last season, and the duo are yet to feature in the Premier League during the current campaign.

EFL clubs are said to hold an interest in a loan deal, but Thelwell has insisted that there are no plans for either player to make a temporary exit.

Thelwell told the Express & Star: "Danny's been outstanding for this football club in terms of what he brings on and off the field. At the moment he's very much part of the plans and part of the group.

"Bright has proved to be a very capable player. Situations can always change in football but they are both part of the plans."

Batth and Enobakhare could both feature when Wolves face Sheffield Wednesday in the EFL Cup next week.
