Wolverhampton Wanderers allow Paul Gladon to sign loan deal with Heracles

Wolverhampton Wanderers announce that striker Paul Gladon has returned to Heracles on a season-long loan deal.

Wolverhampton Wanderers have announced that they have loaned Paul Gladon back to his former club Heracles.

Last season, the Championship outfit shelled out £1m to sign the forward from the Eredivisie club as Fosun International funded a dozen signings after their arrival at Molineux.

However, the 25-year-old made no impact during his time in the West Midlands, with just two appearances being made at the second tier.

The Dutchman made a further start in an EFL Cup fixture at Newcastle United, but he failed to make a first-team outing after September 27.

Gladon still has two years remaining on his contract, but he is unlikely to be considered by head coach Nuno Espirito Santo at the conclusion of his loan deal.
