Zenit St Petersburg boss Mircea Lucescu has revealed that Belgian international Axel Witsel "has two offers from Italy and two from England".
The 27-year-old, who joined Zenit from Benfica in 2012, has been strongly linked with a move away from Russia this summer, with the likes of Juventus, Everton and Liverpool all credited with an interest.
Lucescu says that Witsel has offers from both the Premier League and Serie A insists that he will not stand in the midfielder's way this summer.
"He has spoken with the club and he has asked to leave," Lucescu told Calciomercato. "He has two offers from Italy and two from England.
"The club placed a high valuation on him because he is an important player, one of international level. I know that he has been offered a contract renewal, but it won't be easy. He's had important proposals for the last two years, the transfer market is long and has its own logic. We are talking about a player who can do well in many teams."
Witsel will be out of contract at Zenit next summer.
