A host of mascots from clubs throughout the Football League have agreed to do a 100m race at Doncaster race course to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK this Friday.
Blackburn Rovers, Nottingham Forest and Bolton Wanderers are among 20 clubs getting involved in the race, which will include a number of fences for the mascots to overcome.
Head of communications at the Football League John Nagle said: "I'm delighted that so many Football League mascots will be helping us raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. The mascot race is always a tremendous spectacle and a brilliant way to launch The Football League's Official Charity partnership. May the best mascot win."
Fans will text the name of their favourite mascot to help raise money for the charity.
