Doubts over Tom Cleverley's long-term future at Manchester United have increased after he reportedly decided to sell his custom-engraved club watch.
The 25-year-old, whose United contract expires in the summer, is currently on a season-long loan at Aston Villa after falling down the pecking order at Old Trafford.
According to the Daily Mail, the Hublot watch, which has Cleverley's name and number 23 shirt number engraved into it, has been sold to a Blackpool-based pawnbroker.
The pawnbroker is believed to have slapped a £17,500 price tag on the timepiece.
