Manchester United are reportedly considering buying the hotel owned by Gary Neville that sits across from Old Trafford.
Neville's Hotel Football, which is co-owned by Ryan Giggs and part-owned by Phil Neville, Paul Scholes and Nicky Butt, opened for business in March.
Initially, the Premier League club tried to prevent the venue from being constructed by arguing that the building would obstruct views of Old Trafford.
However, according to the Daily Mail, the club feel as though they've missed a money-making opportunity and executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward, as well as managing director Richard Arnold, are considering purchasing the property.
The four-star hotel contains a bar, restaurant and rooftop football pitch.
