Chelsea could reportedly reignite their interest in Manchester United winger Alejandro Garnacho after ending their pursuit of Bayern Munich's Mathys Tel.
The West Londoners were credited with an interest in Garnacho at the beginning of the winter transfer window after reports emerged claiming that Man United were open to selling the 20-year-old.
It is thought that Man United would ideally like to keep hold of Garnacho and head coach Ruben Amorim recently stated that his team "want to continue to improve" with the Argentine at the club.
However, in a bid to comply with the Premier League's Profit and Sustainability Rules, the Red Devils are said to be contemplating the sale of home-grown players, including Garnacho, to balance their books.
Any sale of Garnacho would represent pure profit under the Premier League's rules and it is believed that an offer in the region of £60m would be enough to tempt Man United to cash in on the winger.

Could Chelsea sign Garnacho on deadline day?
According to football.london, Chelsea remain interested in signing Garnacho and a deadline-day swoop is 'by no means out of the equation'.
Chelsea had previously been credited with an interest in Bayern's wantaway forward Tel, but it is claimed that a deal was too complicated for the Blues and they have now pulled out of the race for the 19-year-old.
This could therefore see Enzo Maresca's side revisit a deal to sign Garnacho, and there is said to be a chance that the Blues will act when it comes to recruiting a new left-sided winger before the 11pm deadline.
Chelsea are yet to sign a single player in the winter window, but football.london states that if any opportunities present themselves in the final few hours, then the West Londoners 'will not hesitate' in making any late moves for targets they believe will strengthen Maresca's squad.

Will Chelsea face competition for Garnacho signature?
Earlier in the window, it was reported that Serie A side Napoli were keen to sign Garnacho after allowing Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to join Paris Saint-Germain for a reported €70m.
Antonio Conte's side allegedly failed with a £40m offer for Garnacho last month and the Manchester Evening News claims that the have now turned their attention to sign Anderlecht's winger Francis Amuzu.
Tottenham Hotspur have also been credited with an interest in Garnahco, but it is thought that a big-money switch to North London is unlikely for the Argentina international, with Chelsea seemingly the frontrunners to sign him as things stand.
Garnacho, who is under contract at Old Trafford until June 2028, has recorded 23 goals and 15 assists in 122 appearances for Man United across all competitions, including eight goals and six assists in 36 games this season.
