Eric Cantona served as referee during a bizarre football vs. rugby match between French clubs Marseille and Toulon.
The contest was devised by a local charity with the aim of establishing which sport is superior while raising money for a good cause.
The first half of the match was played as a game of football, before the teams switched to rugby for the second half.
Marseille came out 36-35 winners, with striker Andre-Pierre Gignac and defensive midfielder Alaixys Romao scoring decisive tries in the second period.
Former France rugby union coach Marc Lievremont oversaw the match with Cantona.
