A number of Newcastle United supporters are planning to stage a walkout in the 69th minute of the Magpies' final home game of the season against Cardiff City on Saturday.
The Newcastle United Supporters' Trust are leading the protest at St James' Park in a bid to air their frustration at the team's poor season under Alan Pardew following six straight defeats in the Premier League.
A statement from the NUST said: "As fans we have deep concerns at the direction Newcastle United is heading in, both on and off the pitch.
"The vast majority of supporters are angry and frustrated but are divided as to what, if anything, can be done to positively influence [owner] Mike Ashley and those who run the football club on his behalf."
Newcastle, who are ninth in the league table, will play title chasers Liverpool at Anfield in their final game of the campaign on May 11.
