The four West Bromwich Albion players accused of stealing a taxi in Barcelona last week are not expected to face any further legal action.
Jonny Evans, Gareth Barry, Jake Livermore and Boaz Myhill are alleged to have driven the cab from a McDonald's drive-thru to the team hotel without permission.
Spanish police released all four players after questioning, but the quartet still faced the prospect of community service as a punishment.
A Barcelona court has decided that there is not enough evidence to bring charges against Evans, Barry, Livermore and Myhill, however, although the case could still be reopened if fresh evidence emerges.
The players in question released a joint statement on Friday apologising for their behaviour, with the incident taking place during a warm-weather training camp.
