Wales gained revenge for last weekend's 23-19 loss at Twickenham by defeating England 19-9 in the reverse fixture at the Millennium Stadium.
The two sides were level at the break scoring six points apiece, before Toby Flood kicked England into a 6-9 lead shortly after the restart.
However, 26-year-old James Hook claimed 13 points in reply for Wales, scoring a try while also converting a penalty and a drop kick to secure victory for the home side.
Both sides are currently preparing for the Rugby World Cup, which takes place in New Zealand next month.
