Leicester Tigers lock Geoff Parling has revealed that he is desperate for revenge against Harlequins on Saturday.
The Tigers lost their eighth Aviva Premiership final in as many years at Twickenham last season when they were beaten 30-23 by the debuting Quins.
The two sides meet at Welford Road in the semi-final stage this weekend, and Parling is looking to make amends for last term's defeat.
"That loss in the final was a game I will always regret," Parling told the Leicester Mercury. "It was horrific, especially seeing as we had gone into it in brilliant form and had a bonus-point win at The Stoop only a few weeks before the final.
"It was absolutely gutting. It was as bad as I have felt. It stayed with me all summer and will probably stay with me for the whole of my career. Now, we want to put it right."
Tigers have lost both home and away to Quins already this season.
