Wales lock Alun Wyn Jones tells his teammates not to focus on the fact that they are favourites for Saturday's clash with England.

Alun Wyn Jones has urged his Wales teammates to take their favourites tag in their stride ahead of their Six Nations match with England at Twickenham on Saturday.

A Welsh victory would wrap up their 20th Triple Crown and leave them well poised for a second Grand Slam under Warren Gatland.

Wales have only won at Twickenham once since 1988, but their strong World Cup showing and their early form in this year's championships has seen bookmakers install them as slight favourites for the match.

"There will be a lot of hype in the build-up, but you have to take each game as it comes," Jones said.

"People are saying we are the favourites, and we need to be comfortable with that because it is what happens when your performances and confidence grow.

"These are quite exciting times, and being favourites should not have an effect. We have to cope with it and keep going."

The 26-year-old Ospreys lock has made over 60 appearances for Wales since his debut in 2006.
