Mark Williams has claimed that Michael White has a bright future following his defeat to the youngster in the first round of the World Championship.
The two-time winner was beaten 10-6 by his fellow Welshman at the Crucible in Sheffield on Sunday.
"Talk about the young players coming through and he's one of the best of them," Williams told Sky Sports News.
"He's still only 21 and playing like that he's dangerous for anybody. He must have a great future and should be able to earn a lot of money."
White will now face either sixth seed Stephen Maguire or Dechawat Poomjaeng for a place in the quarter-finals.
