Wolverhampton Wanderers and Leicester City have reportedly sent scouts to assess transfer targets currently playing for Europa League-participating clubs.
The two Midlands outfit are currently battling to retain their status in the Premier League, Wolves down in 17th place with the Foxes in 19th position.
As a result, their focus is on trying to remain in the top flight, at least one of the two clubs in line to suffer relegation to the Championship.
However, according to Football Insider, both teams are still taking the approach to contemplating potential additions for the 2025-26 campaign.

The report alleges that both clubs had representatives present at the recent Europa League fixture between Viktoria Plzen and Lazio.
Defender Sampson Dweh and forward Rafiu Durosinmi were reportedly the subject of their trip, each of the duo having seemingly made a positive impact on the respective clubs.
Dweh has featured in 10 of Plzen's 11 Europa League fixtures from the start of the League Phase, including playing in the 2-1 defeat at home to Manchester United in December.
Meanwhile, Durosinmi - who has been on Wolves' radar for some time - has recently made his return from a knee injury, scoring in the defeat to Lazio last week.

Wolves the clear favourites?
Much may depend on which - if any - of these clubs remain in the Premier League with each player likely having interest from elsewhere.
Liberia international Dweh has racked up 88 appearances for Plzen, the 23-year-old also chipping in with six goals and five assists.
His versatility across the backline may attract both clubs, yet any bid from Wolves may be dependent on departures due to having signed Emmanuel Agbadou and Nasser Djiga in the winter transfer window.
Durosinmi has reached a point where he has less than 16 months on his contract. With 18 goals and seven assists coming from his 44 appearances in a Plzen shirt, offers are likely to be forthcoming.
Wolves are already in a position where Pablo Sarabia is all but certain to leave Molineux in the summer, while Hwang Hee-Chan and Goncalo Guedes could be linked with a move elsewhere. Durosinmi may be viewed as a cheaper alternative to both.
