Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone has admitted that he continues to be amazed by the ability of running back Fred Jackson.
The 32-year-old had an excellent game for the Bills on Sunday in their win over the Miami Dolphins as he ran for 111 yards on just 19 carries along with a rushing touchdown.
Marrone told reporters: "He just continues to amaze me. The way he goes about his business, I give him credit. Everyone knows we took him out during this week to rest him a little bit. He's taken some good shots along the year.
"Early on, I think maybe some other players that have had what he has—I'm not sure they can go out and perform like that. I give him a lot of credit and I admire him for that."
Jackson has 836 yards on the season on 193 carries at an average of 4.3 yards an attempt, along with eight touchdowns.
