Man United 'make £59m offer for Barcelona's Raphinha'
Raphinha has previous when it comes to impressing in the Premier League, turning out for Leeds during the 2020-21 and 2021-22 campaigns, scoring 17 goals and registering 12 assists in 67 appearances.
The Brazilian was impressive in his first two seasons at Barcelona, but he has taken his game to a new level this term and is very much on course to break the 30-goal barrier, which would represent a stunning campaign.
Raphinha has been in excellent form in La Liga, scoring 13 goals and registering nine assists in 26 appearances, while he has one goal and four assists in three outings in the Copa del Rey.
However, the forward's best performances this term have come in the Champions League, and Barcelona are currently preparing to take on Borussia Dortmund in the quarter-finals of the competition.

Where would Raphinha fit in at Man United?
Raphinha has excelled in a wide left role for Barcelona this season, but that position does not exist in this Man United side, with a 3-4-3 formation seeing two number 10s operate behind a centre-forward.
If he does indeed arrive at Man United, it is likely that the attacker would be used as the left-sided number 10, and he certainly has the skillset required to be an influential player in that area of the field.
If the Red Devils win the Europa League this season to secure Champions League football for next term, then it is not impossible to imagine them completing a deal for the ex-Leeds forward.
However, there has also previously been suggestions of interest from the Saudi Pro League, and he could become one of the highest-paid footballers in world football by moving to the lucrative division.
Man United are expected to be busy during this summer's transfer window, but there will have to be some major outgoings, including potential departures for Kobbie Mainoo and Alejandro Garnacho.
