Miami Dolphins center Mike Pouncey has returned to practice despite reports suggesting that he could miss more than half of the season after undergoing hip surgery.
Pouncey rejoined his teammates at practice on Tuesday after insisting that he would make a return ahead of schedule, and he therefore avoided being placed on the regular season PUP list.
The 25-year-old participated in drills as part of the practice session which was open to the media, but it is unknown if he continued with the remainder of the workout, according to the Miami Herald.
It is expected that Samson Satele will continue against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, although Pouncey could be available for selection for the trip to London to face the Oakland Raiders the following weekend.
