New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman reveals that he will return to the club for the 2014 season after being allowed to test the free-agent market.

Wide receiver Julian Edelman has revealed that he will return to the New England Patriots for the 2014 season.

The 27-year-old was allowed the test the free-agent market by the club, and despite visiting several clubs, Edelman has decided to accept a new deal with the Patriots.

Edelman wrote on Twitter: "Foxboro is home. Excited to be back."

The wide receiver recorded 105 receptions for 1,056 yards along with six touchdowns in the 2013 season.
