Tennessee Titans general manager Ruston Webster has hinted that the club will use the second overall pick in the 2015 Draft on a quarterback.
Reports suggested that the AFC South side could trade away the selection for a veteran quarterback after being linked with the San Diego Chargers' Philip Rivers.
However, the Titans appear to be ready to use their pick on a quarterback which is likely to be Marcus Mariota, who is widely regarded as the second best signal-caller in the Draft behind Jameis Winston.
"If you think a player is a franchise quarterback, then that supersedes everything else," Webster told reporters.
Mariota threw for 4,454 yards along with 42 touchdowns to four interceptions for the Oregon Ducks in the 2014 season.
