The Cleveland Cavaliers reduced a 10-point deficit in the last 81 seconds of their encounter with the Orlando Magic to force an 87-81 overtime win at the Quicken Loans Arena.
Cleveland were trailing with only two minutes left to play, but were helped to force extra time thanks to some classy shooting from center Anderson Varejao, who scored 18 points and grabbed a franchise record-tying 25 rebounds on the night.
Power forward Tristan Thompson was also a standout performer, having added 16 points and 10 boards for the hosts, who were able to end a losing streak of six games.
The result sees Cleveland sitting in fourth position in the Central Division, with a record of 11-21 for the season.
