The Luxembourg Boxing Federation has sanctioned next month's proposed fight between British heavyweight duo David Haye and Dereck Chisora, despite opposition from leading bodies.
The European Boxing Union has threatened to expel the LBF if the fight goes ahead as neither men has a British boxing licence.
The LBF voted in favour of licensing the fight, scheduled to take place at Upton Park on July 14, by eight votes to four.
The bout is seen as a grudge match between the two after they brawled at a press conference following a fight in Munich.
