Report: Barcelona scout Alessio Romagnoli

A report claims that Barcelona had scouts in attendance to watch AC Milan defender Alessio Romagnoli against Genoa at the weekend.

Barcelona are reportedly interested in bringing AC Milan centre-back Alessio Romagnoli to Camp Nou at the end of the season.

The 21-year-old came through the youth system at Roma, before moving to Milan last summer on a five-year contract.

The Italian has impressed at San Siro this term and has already racked up 26 appearances for the Milan first team.

According to Fichajes.net, Barcelona scouted the defender during Milan's 2-1 win over Genoa at the weekend and are considering making an approach this summer.

Romagnoli has 11 Italy Under-21 appearances to his name.
