League leaders Cardiff take a 1-0 lead into half-time of their Championship match against Bolton.

Top-of-the-table Cardiff City look likely to extend their lead over the rest of the Championship as they have gone into half-time of their match against Bolton Wanderers with a 1-0 lead.

Both sides struggled to find the killer pass in the opening 40 minutes or so, with two penalty claims providing the main highlights of much of the first half.

The breakthrough finally came with four minutes left of the half as Bolton failed to clear their lines, allowing Craig Noone to fire through a crowd of players and past the unsighted Adam Bogdan.

Should the result stay the same, Cardiff would move three points clear at the top of the table while Bolton would drop to 19th.
