Celtic are reportedly close to signing Chelsea playmaker Charly Musonda on loan from Stamford Bridge.
The Daily Mail says that Antonio Conte is willing to let the 21-year-old move to Scotland on an 18-month contract after Chelsea's FA Cup tie with Newcastle United on Sunday.
Musonda made a substitute appearance in the Blues' 4-0 win over Brighton & Hove Albion last weekend, but was left out of the squad that lost to Arsenal in the EFL Cup.
The newspaper adds that Conte wants to include Musonda in the club's fourth-round tie with Newcastle, after which negotiations can advance between the two clubs.
Should Celtic land Musonda, the midfielder would be Brendan Rodgers's third acquisition of the transfer window following the arrivals of defender Marvin Compper and winger Lewis Morgan.
