Espanyol defender Diego Colotto has called on his side to remain focused in the remaining months of the season if they are to achieve their "objectives".
With 10 La Liga games remaining, the Barcelona-based outfit sit ninth, level on points with eighth-placed Valencia and eight points behind Sevilla, who are seventh.
"We have to reach for our objectives from now on, in the fight for La Liga, be it permanence or reaching a European position," he told reporters at a press conference.
"Every game is going to be crucial, every game is like a final, because the need for points is there for everyone and although getting three points gives a sweet taste, it's getting harder all the time."
Espanyol have won 10 of their 28 league games this season.
